This video is about a video on YouTube called " Mad World Remix of Moby Video (Are You Lost in The World Like Me) ." This video is about a little boy who is sad, depressed, and lonely, and is in the city trying to communicate with other people and make new friends. However, everybody is obsessively on their smartphones and mobile devices, and they don't pay attention to the boy. The little boy was trying to get other people's attention, but they just stayed glued to their phones. This relates well to how smartphones are very popular in our generation. Many people go on their phones very frequently. They go on social media a lot. People communicate through social media more than they communicate in person.   Here is my opinion on this. I really feel pity for the boy because he feels very lonely and other people don't seem to care about him. I really do not like how everybody was just ignoring him. I really think people should communicate with others in person ...

This blog post is about two websites that are about the United States going to war with many foreign countries. The websites are "antiwar.com," and "theamericanconservative.com." Both of those websites have so many articles about the United States going to war against many different countries such as Afghanistan, England, Dubai etc.   The website antiwar.com has articles on the latest news about the United States going to war against many countries such as "US forces head to Saudi Arabia to defend oil," "Iraq's stability struggles amid US, Iran tensions," and "US defends attending Afghan farm laborers." Those three articles talk about the United States intervening with foreign countries. This website also shows the latest news about US going to war, and when you scroll down, there is a list of different countries that the US has intervened with and it has articles about those countries.   The website theamericanconservative.com ...

The article I am blogging about is named, "Facebook has a gaping loophole in its fight against fake news." The reason why I picked this article is because I learned about fake news in my English class last year. We talked about the issues of being informed about fake news. Two of my English essays were about fake news and the issues of being informed about it.   This article talks about people posting fake information on Facebook. On Facebook, some people are posting information that is not true. One quote I found was, "Studies have found that a majority of people don't read past the headlines of an article they see online." It means that most people don't read what is written in the article. They just read the title and then they move on.   To add on, they said, "On top of that, after reading the headline, they'll also share it, a sad but unsurprising fact in the digital age." This quote tells that people are just sharing information that ...

The video on YouTube Comm3390 Supreme Court talks about many supreme court cases and supreme court justices. A Supreme Court justice is in the supreme court for as long as they want. When a new person joins the supreme court, all of the members gather together to get a photo. Throughout American history, there have been over 150 supreme court justices who served an average of 16 years. Many people have been in the supreme court for a long time. This video also talks about the history of the supreme court and many supreme court cases in the past. One of the supreme court cases that was talked about in the video is about a slave from Missouri named "Dred Scott." He claimed that he deserved freedom. But the supreme court denied the request and Dred Scott remained enslaved. After the civil war, slavery was abolished.   My opinion on this is that I remember learning about all of this in History class in high school. We talked about the civil war, and how African Americans strug...

I read this article called, "Woman angry at Biden buys $500,000 in ads against him." It is about a woman named, "Shirley Shawe," who is angry with Joe Biden and is supporting Elizabeth Warren. The add talks a little bit about the issues in 2020 and focuses more about an argument between Biden and Warren back in 2005. The lady who is angry is expressing her opinion and her first amendment right. She is supporting Elizabeth Warren but not Joe Biden. She bought $500,000 to make an advertisement which is against Joe Biden. In the advertisement, it said many positive things about Elizabeth Warren and negative things about Joe Biden because she was trying to get people to vote for Warren. In the ad, the narrator says, "The Delaware court is too male, too white and anything but open."  The advertisement is scheduled to air sometime this week. I think Shirley Shawe is being racist and sexist when she is saying "The court is too male and white." I don...
